How long do we keep your information?
Your contact details in relation to a request for future developments would be deleted once that development has completed or by your request. If you have purchased a property your reservation details would be kept while the purchase process is taking place and once purchased details are kept for warranty purposes.
Google Analytics information is deleted after two years and this data is anonymous.
Who has access to your information?
We will not rent or sell your information to third parties.
We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We don’t ever transfer data outside the EU.
The only people who have access are approved Hills Building Group employees and sales agent, who will need to access your data to fulfil your request re marketing, when purchasing a property then both legal teams together with any selected financial organisation who would also hold your information.
If we are legally required by an enforcement agency in the context of actual or threatened legal proceedings, we may supply data as long as it does not breach data protection laws. All appropriate checks will be made.
