Kesgrave Hall Spa

Hills Construction have completed the design and construction of a new Spa building at Kesgrave Hall in Suffolk, working once again with the Milsom Group. The Spa is a timber frame building finished in a timber cladding and complete with extensive aluminium glazing, including large bi-fold doors to create a light and open feel. The Spa also has a large hot tub and a spectacular double sided log burner all in a large timber decked area.

Hills Construction had extended and refurbished a large private dwelling house, Spring Farm, Monks Eleigh. The works involve partial demolition together with new single and two storey extensions and include a new cantilevered decking area over the existing pond.
