Hills Residential provides high quality private housing throughout East Anglia and the South East. Projects include large scale brown field redevelopment including luxury apartments and town houses, as well as smaller sites with individually designed larger homes and even one-off bespoke designed houses.

Residential projects that are currently underway offer a wide variety of residential accommodation, from one bedroom affordable housing projects to individually designed luxury five bedroom homes.

We have converted more than 500 residential units from brown field sites in the last 3 years and have currently over 200 acres running through the planning system for residential development.

We value you as a customer, are committed to provide you with a quality home that we are proud of and, with our Customer Charter, we will:  

  • Do our utmost to ensure our marketing and advertising is clear at all times.
  • Provide trained and knowledgeable staff to assist you through all stages of your purchase.
  • Provide you with all the information required to make an informed choice, together with all relevant contact details.
  • Provide you with all information regarding the NHBC Buildmark Policy.
  • Provide details of any management service fees which may apply.
  • Advise you of your cancellation rights prior to reservation and how we deal with any prepayments made to you.
  • Ensure our Contract of Sale (under English Law) including terms and conditions will comply with the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999.
  • Provide reliable and realistic information regarding practical completion of your home, date of legal completion and date of handover.
  • Demonstrate all functions and services of your home at the time of the handover.
  • Provide you with a Handover Pack enclosing all information relating to your home, including guarantees, interior and exterior finishes and details of our after-sales service.
  • Aim to deal with all after-sales matters effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide you with details of who to contact if you believe we have not afforded the level of service to which we are committed.
