The continuation of the site into Phase 2 comprises again of a mixture of approximately 58 dwellings surrounding a natural green scape. The central open space has been created to provide a distinctive sense of place within the development. It possesses a “village green” character reflective of a Suffolk village and maintains the rural feel of this bespoke development.
The village green undulates a periphery of space and is furnished with longer grass, wildflowers and belts of low to medium height semi native planting. The remainder of the space comprises of low mown grass, activity areas and a structural covering of native trees. The green will be bisected by a small footpath network which will interconnect to the existing network.
