Kesgrave Hall, Kesgrave Ipswich has been purchased by
Milsom Hotels Ltd, Dedham and Hills Group.
This exciting new venture between Milsom Hotels and Hills will see the 19th century listed building developed sympathetically to create ‘milsoms at Kesgrave Hall’. This will be based on the highly successful formula at milsoms in Dedham, Essex. milsoms at Kesgrave Hall will incorporate a 100 seat bar/restaurant, meeting and private dining facilities, an outside dining area overlooking the 38 acres of park and woodland and 15 spacious bedrooms. The Second Phase programmed for 2008/2009 will provide for a further 17 bedrooms, spa, gym and 10 treatment rooms as well as both indoor and outdoor swimming pools.
