St Paul's Healthcare Trust

St. Paul’s Healthcare Trust has continued their expansion programme with the purchase of four properties in the Home Counties.

Each property is to be converted into a standard unit providing care facilities for the low/medium secure registration category.

The four properties are as follows:-

1. The Orchard, Westmill, Buntingford
2. Shear Meadow, Bourne End, Hemel Hempstead
3. Walkern Road , Stevenage
4. Farm Road, Rainham

The Orchard in West Mill is scheduled for completion late June 2008 and completion of the other three properties in August and September 2008.
