Hillside Special School

Hillside School is a special school for pupils aged 2½ to 19 years who have severe or profound and multiple learning difficulties. They also have some pupils with moderate learning difficulties.

The School is situated in Sudbury, a small market town in West Suffolk, within the Stour Valley.

The development consists of :-

Phase 1

• A single storey extension to the south east side of the existing building to form further classrooms.

• Construction of a new works to the north east of the existing building to enclose the current courtyard and form new sanitary area and new Head Teacher’s study.

Phase 2

Construction of a new hydrotherapy pool complex.

These works are now complete and in full use by the School.
