Care Aspirations

Moorland Lodge was an existing property providing care facilities for persons within the medium secure registration category.

Over the last few years the existing premises have gradually been redeveloped by us in close partnership with the client, with existing buildings being demolished and new care units constructed.

The last phase of the redevelopment has just been completed: the construction of two 16 bed units, together with associated facilities.

Incorporated in the last phase of the development was an extension to an existing care unit to form a hydrotherapy pool for the residents’ use.
