Accreditation

NHBC

We hold registrations as both an NHBC builder and an NHBC developer.
In order to register with the NHBC, builders and developers have to be able to demonstrate financial security and technical competence.

NHBC Standards are widely accepted as the definitive standards for house construction in the UK, and have been developed over many years through experience and consultation.

Homes registered with the NHBC benefit from the highly respected NHBC warranty.

NFB

The National Federation of Builders (NFB) is the construction industry’s longest established trade association which has grown in stature since its origins in the late 19th century.

Member companies have to satisfy what the NFB believes to be the most stringent entrance criteria for any building trade association. Companies must provide references from accountants, previous clients, suppliers and professionals such as architects and surveyors.

All references are followed up and, if satisfactory, applications are then put before a panel of existing members, who are local to the potential new member, for assessment.

HBA

The HBA is a division of the NFB, with a substantial membership and a wealth of experience in the House Building sector.

EBSG

We put Health and Safety at the core of our business. We are full members of the Eastern Builders Safety Group, which is a selective, independent organisation, working to ensure the highest standards, in a complex and ever changing environment. The EBSG ensures only companies committed to its aims are permitted membership.

RHA

As the holder of a National Operator's Licence we have to ensure we meet stringent standards and tests of competence. We are also members of the Road Haulage Association, helping us to ensure we keep up to date with the latest legislation affecting the transport side of our business.
