The Hills Group is a broad based construction and development group of companies based in Colchester. With the benefit of over 80 years experience Hills is a key player within the industry for residential development and commercial contracting.  The Company has the financial strength to be able to purchase large mixed-use sites that encompass the construction of several hundred houses, and we have our own maintenance department that looks after our existing customers small works.

We offer our clients from commercial, public sector, industrial and private backgrounds a comprehensive service including full design, project management, planning and construction.

Hills Residential specialises in all types of residential development and, in particular, large brown field sites.  We are able to purchase sites unconditionally with particular capabilities in dealing with those of a controversial nature.
