December 2011

Enabling works begin at Brook Street.

Final house for sale at Glemsford.

Hills have been successful in securing a £5 million joint venture contract for the refurbishment and fit-out of chilled and frozen storage facilities in Hemel Hempstead. The project is to commence in January 2012.

Hills have successful in winning a small works fire damage contract at Hanningfield near Chelmsford. We are often asked at short notice to make safe property damaged by fire, this work is to be carried out immediately.

A new wedding venue in Suffolk.  Hills has secured a contract with Kerr Farms Limited for the extension, alteration and refurbishment of existing property to form this new wedding venue in Easton.

 

November 2011

Hills Construction has been successful in obtaining a contract to design and build a further bespoke private dwelling in West Mersea.  Works have now commenced on this project. Details will be added to our website shortly.

We are also pleased to report that Hills has been engaged to carry out the design and build of the New Colchester Garrison Officers’ Club, following the fire which destroyed the existing building.  Demolition works have been completed and a planning application has been submitted to Colchester Borough Council for a new club house. October 2011

Phase III at Kesgrave Hall. Planning permission has been granted for the erection of 7 woodland lodges to provide ancillary accommodation to the existing hotel and restaurant.  Discussions are now taking place on final designs and work will commence in the New Year

May 2011

Refurbishment and handover of the Kelvedon Park Fire Service Headquarters is complete.
