Hills Construction has been successful in obtaining a contract to design and build a further bespoke private dwelling in West Mersea. Works have now commenced on this project. Details will be added to our website shortly.
We are also pleased to report that Hills has been engaged to carry out the design and build of the New Colchester Garrison Officers’ Club, following the fire which destroyed the existing building. Demolition works have been completed and a planning application has been submitted to Colchester Borough Council for a new club house. Follow the link for further details of this project.

Phase III at Kesgrave Hall. Planning permission has been granted for the erection of 7 woodland lodges to provide ancillary accommodation to the existing hotel and restaurant. Discussions are now taking place on final designs and work will commence in the New Year
