Six No. 6-bedroom single storey care units recently constructed in phases with the last phase having been recently completed.

Since the original buildings were completed, this property has been sold and the new owners, namely Partnerships in Care, are now proceeding with alterations to the existing six units.

Hills were responsible for this design and build project and also gained planning permission for the client. This is an ever increasingly difficult demand. However Hills negotiated with the local authority and managed to provide the client with the required density, cost, comfort and programme.
