Hills have been successful in securing a £5 million joint venture contract for the refurbishment and fit-out of chilled and frozen storage facilities in Hemel Hempstead. The project commenced in January 2012 and requires phased completions to coincide with the London 2012 Olympics. Phase 1 is now complete. The project is very fast track and requires a large extent of Mechanical & Electrical design. The contract is let on a design and build basis.
